At FlexEtc, the lighting, Wi-Fi, truck height loading docks, push carts and pallet jacks, shipping and receiving services, 24/7 security monitoring, a stocked kitchen with a coffee bar, and much more are included with your rent. That means you can focus on running your business without worrying about hidden costs or fees.

Am I able to ship and receive?

We offer a secure and convenient way to manage your incoming mail, packages, and pallets. As your business' mailing address, we can accept shipments of all sizes. Easily unload your containers and pallets using our truck height loading docks. We have daily pickups from UPS, FedEx, and USPS, and a convenient on-site package drop-off location. Can't be there for your delivery? We'll hold your shipment in a secure location, and you can pick it up at your convenience.

Are there employees on site if I have questions?

Yes! Our friendly and knowledgeable Community Management Team is on site Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. They're here to support you and can assist with any questions or needs that come up during your time at FlexEtc.
