Can I rent warehouse space short-term?
Yes. Six-month leases are available at the standard monthly rate. If your business grows before your term is up, you can move into a bigger space, subject to availability.
Is there parking, and can trucks get in?
Yes. There’s plenty of parking on site, plus shared truck-height and drive-up loading docks for deliveries and carrier pickups.
Can I ship and receive from my space?
Yes. We accept mail, packages, and pallets, with daily UPS, FedEx, and USPS pickups. If you can't be there for a delivery, we'll hold it securely until you can.
